B. Transit, Handling, and Order Timeout
In general, shipments are in transit for 5-8 days (Monday through Friday). The deadline for orders will be 05:00 pm Greenwich Mean Time(London). Order processing time is 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).
C. Delivery Terms:
We use USPS First Class Package to deliver the product.
D. Change of shipping address:
We cannot change the shipping address as it is in transit. If you need to change the delivery location of your order, please contact us within 1 day of placing your order at support@josephpowerwash.com or Call  +1 504-301-1055.
E. Cancellations:
If you change your mind before receiving your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order is shipped. If an order has already been shipped, please see our refund policy.
F. Packages damaged in transit:
If you find a package damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the package from the courier and contact our customer service. If the order was delivered without your presence, please contact customer service with the next steps.
